Commercial photographic rates vary according to usage but David's standard daily corporate rate is $A1500 per day plus expenses. Shoots on a hourly basis begin at $350.00. Editorial/social and commercial work booked in advance or in blocks over several days attract substantial discounts. It is absolutely paramount to David that the client is pleased with the result of all assignment photography and pricing. The best way to ensure this is to provide the most thorough briefing possible. This doesn't always need to be written but it helps. Remember photography is about conveying emotion.
How do you want people to feel when they look at these images? A days work usually produces a great quantity of excellent imagery for your library but the emphasis is to produce great photographs that accurately focus on your brief. You can expect 10-20 "finals" from a days shoot. These are edited and photo-shop corrected images. If you are not 100% happy with the results David is absolutely committed to re-shoot at no extra cost.
